First session free

Army style fitness classes in Doncaster with team games, tyres, ropes and obstacle courses included in the adrenaline-fuelled one hour sessions. Be mentally and physically challenged in one of three ability groups running simultaneously – there is always one to suit you!

Fitness Groups

It doesn’t matter how fit you are, we’ve got fitness groups to suit your level:

  • Red Group

The Red Group is ideal for newcomers to exercise, those wanting to get back to it after a long break or members wishing to rehabilitate an injury. This group relies heavily on obstacle courses, tyre exercises and toning exercises to help body conditioning.

  • Amber Group

The Amber Group is great for developing your fitness further. Moving at a quicker pace than the Red Group, it is aimed at regular exercisers wanting more from their workout. Experience the fitness standard required for service in the British Army.

  • Green Group

The Green Group moves at a very fast pace, and is aimed at members wanting a real challenge. Using logs, tyres and increasingly complex body weight exercises, this group mirrors the standard of British Paratroopers – not for the faint-hearted.

At Military Fitness Training you’ll not only experience real ways to lose weight, get fit and enjoy exercise. You’ll get a real taste of what it’s like to be in the Army.
