Army style fitness classes in Leicester, with team games, tyres, ropes and obstacle courses included in the adrenaline-fuelled one hour sessions. Be mentally and physically challenged in one of three ability groups running simultaneously – there is always one to suit you!

What to bring
Wear appropriate clothing for the outdoors (shorts/trousers, t-shirt and a jacket), a good pair of trainers, a bottle of water, and a jumper for after the session. Oh, and possibly a towel for your car seat!
